PrimaDirect Helps Top Edinburgh Hotel
Celebrate Five Star Status

PRIMA Direct (International) Ltd, one of the UK's leading manufacturers and suppliers of flooring solutions for the events industry, has helped one of Edinburgh's most luxurious retreats, Prestonfield, celebrate its new 5-star status. 

Proprietor James Thomson OBE, Prestonfield's owner, played host to a party of 300 guests recently so they could join in with the success of this centuries-old landmark.  

PRIMA Direct (International) Ltd were asked to provide a striking striped carpeted walkway in Prestonfield's corporate colours - cerise, black and magenta - under a ceiling of starcloth and flowers for guests entering the party marquee.   

Guests were entertained by the hotel's Big Band and served their own label champagne and canapes.  

Mark Rowley, PR Manager at Prestonfield, who designed the event, said, "Fine details matter immensely for an event at Prestonfield and the drama and theatre created by the installation of PRIMA Direct's carpets added hugely to the striking look of the event and to the enjoyment of our guests.
